Caproate Profile
Caproate is a large sized ester that can be attached to an anabolic androgenic steroid hormone, but it is not what we’d call a common ester by any means. Without question, the most common esters include Propionate, Cypionate and Enanthate, and then we have esters like Decanoate, Acetate Phenylpropionate and even Undecanoate; all of these are more common than the Caproate ester. Like most of the esters previously mentioned, Caproate can be attached to just about any anabolic steroidal hormone; however, if you find it attached to anything other than a testosterone compound it will probably be because you had some specialty lab make it for you. Further, when it comes to human grade anabolic steroids of a pure single ester testosterone nature, you’re going to find this is one no compounding pharmacy makes; it will strictly be produced by Underground Labs in its single ester testosterone form, and even then it will be rare. Now, where we’ll find this ester attached fare more commonly and this will be the only place most ever find it will be in the four ester testosterone mixture Omnadren; Omnadren is a mixture of two small, one moderate and one large ester. Originally out of Poland and Jelfa Pharmaceuticals, Omnadren is now manufactured by numerous underground labs; single ester Testosterone-Caproate is again very rare. At any rate, with all of this in mind, let’s take a look at testosterone, and how the Caproate ester will affect it if found in a single ester form or as part of the larger Omnadren mixture.
Caproate 101:
We have established above Caproate is an ester; it is not an anabolic steroid or a hormone of any kind, but an ester that can be attached to a steroidal hormone. Further, we have established if it is used, it is almost always attached to the testosterone compound Omnadren, but can be found in a single Testosterone-Caproate form from specific underground labs. As this is the case, the first order of business is to understand testosterone; we must understand the hormone itself, and then how the Caproate ester affects it.
Testosterone is a hormone all human beings produce, and it is one of the most important hormones we produce; it is essential to our overall health and function. Without testosterone, we would not be able to function properly, and while men require substantially more women need it too. The primary androgen, in-fact, many call it “The” androgen, testosterone plays a role on our physical, mental and sexual well-being; that pretty well encompasses everything. Needless to say, when our levels fall below an optimal range, we suffer and can suffer tremendously in each and every category with numerous possible symptoms. Conversely, when out levels are adequate we function properly, but when they surpass the “normal” range this is when we truly thrive; there’s more of the hormone to do what the hormone does best. Of course, defining this adequate range can be difficult; in the U.S. there’s more or less of a one-size fits all standard, but it’s highly improper. Such a standard assumes all human beings are identical, but some naturally produce far more testosterone than others, and if their levels fall below what is accustomed, even if it doesn’t meet the U.S. low standard they very well may suffer; they no longer have the testosterone to support what their body has long since become accustomed to.
At any rate, the above gives you an idea of how important testosterone is, but we want to focus more on what will happen when we take our levels into a high range end; specifically, what happens when we supplement with supraphysiological doses? First and foremost, when it comes to testosterone it can serve all purposes of performance use; no, it will not carry every last steroidal trait, but it carries the primary traits, and enhances all other anabolic hormones we might have in play. All-in-all, there are five primary traits all testosterone compounds will carry, and this includes Testosterone-Caproate and Omnadren:
As told earlier that as the doctor prescribes you should follow that and also takes the medicine timely. In case you have missed the dose you should immediately contact the doctor. The dosage is given in the form of injection and it is highly recommended that injection should be given slowly. The solution of the injection is oily and in viscous form. If you are having any injection of Makena which is kept for more than 5 weeks, than that injection should be discarded.
• Enhanced Protein Synthesis: if you’ve heard it once you’ve heard it a
million times, proteins are the building blocks of muscle, and by enhancing
protein synthesis, the rate by-which cells build proteins is increased. It
becomes more efficient and at a greater rate. Of course, this tremendously
enhances the anabolic atmosphere.
• Enhances Nitrogen Retention: all muscle tissue is comprised of nitrogen; 16%
nitrogen to be precise. That may not sound like much, but the more nitrogen we
retain the greater our total anabolic activity we’ll be; conversely, as nitrogen
levels decrease below the optimal range, this can lead to a catabolic state.
• Increases Red Blood Cell Count: one of the primary traits of most all anabolic
steroids, the increase in red blood cells will result in greater blood
oxygenation. Red blood cells carry oxygen to and through the blood, and the more
there is the greater total oxygenation will be.
• Increases IGF-1 Production: Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) is a potent
peptide hormone released by the liver that holds tremendous anabolic properties,
as well as plays an intrinsic role in-regard to healing and rejuvenation. When
IGF-1 levels increase, such as through the use of Testosterone-Caproate compound
these aspects are enhanced.
• Decreases Glucocorticoid Production: the most well-known glucocorticoid is
cortisol; these are stress hormones that promote fat gain and destroy muscle
tissue; they can even make fat-loss and muscle growth tremendously difficult
when they are in excess.
These are the primary benefits of testosterone, and now that you understand them you need to understand how the Caproate ester will affect it. If you happen to find pure Testosterone-Caproate, which will be rare you will have a large single ester testosterone compound that will function in a similar fashion to Testosterone-Cypionate or Testosterone-Enanthate. As those two testosterone compounds already exist in a massive supply, there’s simply no reason for most labs to manufacture the Caproate version. If you do happen to find it, it will carry an active half-life of approximately 10 days, and for performance purposes two equal sized injections per week will keep blood levels stable and peaked at all times. Then we have the Caproate ester in the Omnadren compound, and here we will find a testosterone compound that presents all the benefits of a small and large ester compound. With Omnadren, the effects of testosterone will be active rapidly as this compound carries the small Propionate and Phenylpropionate esters; however, it will have a much longer lasting effect due to the larger Isocaproate and Caproate esters that are part of the total compound giving the total compound an active half-life of approximately 15 days. While that is one long half-life, due to the small esters, if you are to keep your levels peaked at a stable level you will need at least three equal sized injections per week, with every other day being optimal.
The Benefits of Caproate:
The benefits of a Caproate based testosterone are not too hard to see just from what was discussed above; however, we will attempt to give you the best practical real life understanding as possible. For the off-season performance enhancer, Caproate based testosterone compounds are a perfect choice; with adequate calories and weight training you will spur significant muscle tissue growth. Further, due to the metabolic enhancing traits of testosterone, you will build such lean tissue with less fat-gain than you would during testosterone free off-season periods of growth. Moreover, you can expect your strength to increase substantially; it can even increase when caloric consumption is at maintenance, but slightly above maintenance will see it increase even more.
For the dieting performance enhancer, Caproate based testosterone compounds can be just as valuable; after all, there are very few steroidal hormones that have the ability to preserve lean tissue in a caloric deficit as well as testosterone. A caloric deficit is necessary to lose body-fat with or without anabolic steroidal supplementation; however, without such supplementation you will lose muscle tissue with your body-fat, and that’s a fat-loss plan that’s not as successful as it could be. Further, once again due to the metabolic enhancing traits, your fat-loss power will be even greater, and lead you to the physique you desire.
If all of the above is not enough, we assure you it’s going to get even better; much better. Caproate compounds will tremendously improve your overall rate of recovery; you will recover faster from training. Further, your muscular endurance will be greatly enhanced, and both of these benefits will hold true to the individual regardless of bulking or cutting. While they will hold true in either case, it cannot be denied they are even more valuable when dieting; after all, a caloric deficit can slow down recovery and drain your endurance; supplement with a Caproate testosterone compound and the problem is solved.
The Side-Effects of Caproate:
The side-effects of a Caproate based testosterone compounds will be the same with Testosterone-Caproate or Omnadren, and will be identical to all testosterone compounds. As this is the case, the primary factor will be aromatization; all testosterone compounds aromatize which refers to the conversion of testosterone into estrogen, and as estrogen levels increase this can prove to be problematic. Due to this possible increase in estrogen, gynecomastia (male-breast enlargement) and excess water retention can both be potential problems, but both are 100% avoidable. In-order to remedy such problems, your best option is the use of an Aromatase Inhibitor (AI) such as Anastrozole (Arimidex) or Letrozole (Femara); Exemestane (Aromasin) is also an option. You only need to choose one, but AI’s will do exactly what their name implies; they will inhibit aromatization from occurring, and they will even lower your body’s estrogen levels.
Beyond gynecomastia and water retention, your blood pressure and cholesterol levels will be something you need to keep an eye on; especially if you’re genetically predisposed to high levels. Excess estrogen can have a negative impact on both and AI’s can help a little, but the biggest factors will be your total dosing and overall lifestyle; specifically, the foods you’re putting into your body. If you eat like trash and drink like a fish, your blood pressure and cholesterol levels are going to be at a high risk. For this reason, a healthy diet and lifestyle is imperative, and omega fatty acids are recommended. Omega fatty acids will help increase your HDL cholesterol levels which can be lowered due to supplementation, and as HDL cholesterol helps regulate LDL cholesterol this provides even more protection. Further, a healthy diet, especially one that is not excessive when it comes to carbohydrates will help with water retention tremendously; excess carbs is one of the best ways to hold water. All of this said, use an AI, supplement with proper doses and follow a healthy diet and if you are a healthy adult male you should not have problems. It must be noted; if you already suffer from high blood pressure or cholesterol, you should not supplement with anabolic steroids.
Beyond these effects, there is another side-effect that must be mentioned; testosterone suppression. The use of a Caproate ester based testosterone compound will suppress your natural testosterone production the same as any testosterone compound. Further, as testosterone is manufactured in the testicles and levels have been suppressed your testicles will now atrophy. Thankfully, since you’re using a testosterone compound you won’t fall into a low testosterone condition; however, once steroidal supplementation is complete your natural testosterone production will still be suppressed; it will begin again on its own and you will recover, but it’s going to be a slow process. For this reason, a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) plan is recommended; such a plan will speed up the recovery process by stimulating natural testosterone production, and as production is now back online your testicles will return to their normal size.
